UVA schedule has 10 home games

The schedule features eight contests against NCAA Tournament teams from a year ago, including four games against teams that advanced to the Elite Eight and two College Cup participants, with three of those coming in Charlottesville.
The Cavaliers are coming off a rare season in which they didn’t go deep into the NCAA Tournament, finishing 13-5-1, 5-5 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. They beat Princeton in the first round but lost 4-2 in penalty kicks to Wisconsin in the round of 32 after a scoreless draw.
The eight-team ACC Tournament will start Nov. 2.
