Lexi Curtis led the Wildcats with a hat trick, and Leah Orrock followed with two goals and two assists. Bella Steckline added a goal and three assists, while Harper Harris scored twice. Olivia Young and Katelyn Gallagher each contributed one goal. Young, Berkley Steckline, Lily Bliven and Natalie Sanders all logged one assist.

#6 Nansemond River 7, Lakeland 0

The Warriors were led by Caydence Parker with two goals and Caitlin Outlaw with a goal and an assist. Brayden Johnston, Olivia Forbes, Brylee Prillaman and Sienna Gardner all scored once. Thandiwe Schmidt and Rosie Hanson each added an assist.

#7 Poquoson 3, Warhill 0

Lucy Carpenter and Elizabeth Trant recorded one and two respective goals for the Islanders. Casey Law contributed one assist.

#10 Hickory 6, Grassfield 0

The Hawks were led by Elle Tyler with a hat trick and Abby Cullen with two goals and three assists. Ava Winterstein added a goal, and Caroline Jones contributed two assists. Hickory hosts Tallwood on Friday at 5 p.m.

#15 Western Branch 3, Deep Creek 0

Ava Paquette, Maddie Viola and Ruth Anderson all scored for the Bruins in a shutout victory.

Peninsula District

Kecoughtan 4, Phoebus 0

Senior captain Miley Slatter totaled two goals and two assists for the Warriors. Captain Vanna Stevenson and Olivia Stevenson each added a goal, with the latter also providing two assists. Despite the loss, goalkeeper Amber Krininger anchored the Phantoms defensively.

Southeastern District

Oscar Smith 4, Indian River 3, OT

Rachel White earned her 10th goal of the season after scoring in overtime for the Tigers. Isabelle Solis and Madison Carawan also added goals.

Nondistrict

Granby 3, Warwick 2, OT

Zyonna Mack, Audrey Albertson and Lily Gill all scored for the Comets, with Gill recording the game-winning goal in overtime. Kalista Burrus provided two assists.

Atlantic Shores Christian 5, Portsmouth Christian 0

Clark Kline, Max Dinh, Tyler Tisdale, Tyler Trent and Tommy Ficklin all scored as the Seahawks improved to 10-1.

The No. 2 Comets defeated the Greyhounds in straight sets.

The Commodores combined for 23 kills and 24 aces. Caleb Bailey and Johnny March each finished with five kills, while Alex Van Benschoten added four kills. Luke Shomaker tallied seven aces, and Keegan Anuar and Andrew Smith provided five aces each.

Rylee Anderson and Yellie Ponio each recorded six aces for the Commodores. Margaret Manzer tallied seven of the team’s 28 kills.

Olivia Spangler totaled four aces and four kills for the Comets, and Alyssa Thornton provided 10 assists.

Nondistrict

Great Bridge d. Tallwood, 3-1

(26-24, 25-23, 25-12, 25-17)

Hailey Hossfeld reached 1,000 career digs during the match. Katarina Vardeman earned a double-double with 11 digs and 15 kills for the Wildcats.
